In the light of recent events, Klauberg BALTICS attorneys-at-law and German-Baltic Chamber of Commerce organize the webinar on impact of emergency state on labour law.

• Does the employees’ short-term absence, payable by employers under the Labour Law, includes the employee’s impossibility to return to Latvia or the self-isolation imposed to the employee?
