Linda BurkArticled clerk (Higher regional court of Dresden)Linda Burk studied law and political science at the University of Münster with a focus on shaping of law and dispute resolution. During an Erasmus stay in Zagreb, Croatia, she dealt with EU legal issues, which aroused her interest in international issues. After her studies, she gained first practical experience in labor law and commercial law (intellectual property law) with cross-border aspects in corporate law firms.
As an articled clerk she is dealing with labor law issues and research in comparative-law issues, in particular the legal practice of liability and damages in the Baltic States and Germany.Languages
