I am managing partner of Klauberg BALTICS Attorneys-at-Law, Rechtsanwalt and EU lawyer practising in Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Germany, member of the ICC Arbitration Commission (Ukraine delegate). With 25+ years professional experience in the region, I lead an international team of lawyers in providing high-quality services to clients across various industries, as well as public institutions and private individuals.
My core competencies include corporate/M&A, EU law, banking and finance law, international succession, insolvency/restructuring, and litigation/arbitration. I have successfully handled complex and challenging legal matters, delivering innovative and effective solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our clients. I also leverage my MBA degree and my multinational experience to manage the business operations and strategy of our firm, as well as to foster strong relationships with our partners and stakeholders.
Additionally, I served as member of the supervisory board of VALMIERA GLASS GROUP, a leading European manufacturer of glass fibre products in Latvia.
As a member of the Commission on Arbitration and ADR of the International Chamber of Commerce (for Ukraine), a council member of the European Maritime Law Organization, as well as the lead organizer of the annual conference Baltic Arbitration Days, dispute resolution is a particular focus of my work and academic interest.
